SERVICES
Sober Living
Our Sober Living program provides structure and support in early sobriety that is designed for individuals in need of that accountability during the transitional period back to normalcy and independence. Residents in our Sober Living program stay an average of 90 - 180 days, receiving 10+ hours of in-house group programming and a minimum of one individual Clinical Therapy session per week. We offer transportation to school, work, or meetings as well as drug testing at no additional cost. Look at our gallery to see the luxury living quarters our Sober Living residents enjoy, with just two residents per room and no more than eight residents per home. Each Sober Living home has a full-time, live-in house manager in addition to numerous Directorial and Support Staff.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery Coaching is an invaluable step in the sobriety journey, as experienced Coaches provide continued guidance and accountability for clients that are either moving out of a Sober Living House, completing a PHP or IOP, or for those who can manage with a lower level of structure. Clients typically work with a recovery coach for 90-180 days. Each one of our Recovery Coaches has been trained extensively in our Addiction Treatment philosophy. They follow our tailored, holistic curriculum designed for long-term sobriety. Your Recovery Coach can also share experiences from their personal recovery journey and offer insight into commonly encountered problems along the way.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
We offer a JCAHO-accredited Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis via an integrative and custom-designed curriculum. The program lasts for 4 weeks and consists of 30 hours of programming per week plus psychiatric support. Unless clients are already living in a structured and supportive environment, we would generally recommend Sober Living while attending PHP for true 24/7, wraparound care. With decades of experience in the field, our team of professionals are capable of not only treating addiction, but also the underlying causes and conditions for maximum success.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Lighthouse Recovery is an Outpatient Rehab Center in Dallas, Texas. We offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Some clients may be better suited to starting at the PHP level of care and then transitioning to IOP, depending on the client’s needs and history. We have a variety of individual, group, and family addiction therapy programs customizable to the needs of each individual and their family. All of our therapists are licensed, masters-level clinicians, and trained in a variety of treatment modalities. Our holistic philosophy combines clinical therapies and life-skills programming in a setting that is uplifting and compassionate. We work with most private insurance providers to help offset the majority of the out-of-pocket treatment cost. Our JCAHO-accredited Intensive Outpatient Program is located in the heart of Dallas and is easily accessible. We provide world-class IOP services in a beautiful and discrete setting near I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway. With decades of experience in the field, our team of professionals are capable of not only treating addiction, but also the underlying causes and conditions. We believe that both must be treated simultaneously in order to create maximum success. While IOP is not suitable in all cases, we believe it is a convenient and affordable option for most people.
